We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO to join our team. This role is ideal for a resourceful and dynamic professional who can efficiently manage administrative and executive support functions while working in a hybrid environment.
Job Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing correspondence, phone calls, and scheduling.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the CEO.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other necessary documents.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Assist in project coordination and follow-ups on business engagements.
Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.
Manage the CEO’s calendar and ensure effective time management.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
Perform other administrative duties as required.
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role (minimum of 2 years).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently and remotely when required.
High level of discretion, professionalism, and time management skills.
Real estate industry experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
